Returns/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your original purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return for refund/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the rare case of a refund request due to damage during transport we will require a photo of the damaged merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit (in the case of a refund) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will not accept COD's.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and you originally received complimentary shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was given to you as a gift and is damaged, we can work with you to exchange the damaged item. In order to process the exchange, we will need you to ship back the damaged item. We can only provide a refund to the original purchaser of the gift. 

Shipping

UNITED STATES ONLY:

All orders are processed and shipped from our Birmingham, AL, store within 13 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 3–4 days to arrive, dependent on location.

Illuminated ships via USPS Priority for most packages at a rate of $7.95.  For purchases over $75 (pre-tax if in Alabama) shipping charges are on the house.
